With the addition of the controller, there will no longer be a need for gauges. With the backlit LCD display screen, EGT temperatures and boost readings will be displayed for easy and clear reading. With the push of the mode button, you can switch power levels and have adjustability on the fly.

The EZ is the ultimate performance upgrade for the driver that wants on-the-fly adjustability, added towing power, quick and easy installation, improved fuel economy, and doesn't want to spend a lot of money.
The EZ offers a quick 10 minute installation that requires no expensive mechanic labor, no drilling, and no computer downloading. Simply plug the Edge EZ into 2 stock connections, snap in the power adjustment switch, and you're ready to go.
The EZ provides real power and on-the-fly adjustability, but does so in a safe manner that does not require the installation of additional upgrades or gauges. You can switch between 3 power levels to add up to 65HP all with the flick of an in-cab switch. The Edge EZ carefully monitors timing, turbo boost pressure, and fueling parameters to maximize power, torque, and driveability. The EZ provides power to help eliminate downshifting while towing and unleashes the hidden power of your Duramax, all the while keeping EGTs at a safe level.
The EZ is also tuned with a special fuel economy level* that improves the atomization of fuel, which in turn allows Edge to add power, while at the same time delivering between a 5-10% improvement in MPG when driving in level 1. Add to that the EZ's price point and you have the ultimate value on the performance market today.

The Edge Juice is a completely weatherproof module that easily installs underneath the hood. With the addition of the Attitude monitor you can add five levels of adjustable power ranging - from 60 to 150 horsepower* - and increase torque up to 350 foot pounds*. The Juice greatly improves responsiveness and driveability, while at the same time increasing fuel economy.
The Juice communicates along the engine’s CAN-BUS data stream, from which it receives vital engine, transmission, and fuel system information. This enables the Juice to provide smooth and precise power curves that are truly custom, rather than just an offset from stock.
The Juice also monitors the transmission slippage when the torque converter clutch is engaged. The power level is decreased if any slippage is detected. This prevents damage from being caused to the transmission, and also prevents the power train from erroneously generating fault codes and entering “limp mode”.
The Juice also limits the amount of power increase during transmission shifts when the torque converter clutch is engaged and also when the torque converter clutch is being engaged. This allows the torque converter clutch to engage without slippage causing “limp mode”.
When the torque converter clutch is engaged, fifth gear on the Allison 1000 transmission will hold about 680 foot pounds of torque before slipping. Gears 2-4 with the torque converter clutch engaged have never slipped in Edge’s testing. (We have tested over 900 foot pounds of torque with no slippage). Without the sophisticated transmission monitoring that the Juice performs, the total power increase would need to be limited to the weakest conditions to prevent “limp mode”.
Unlike other products on the market, The Juice allows for moving power to be put to the ground under all conditions without transmission slippage or “limp mode”. When the torque converter clutch is engaged in fourth gear and under a heavy load, the Hot Juice should provide about 30-32 psi of boost, if the waste gate has been disabled on the turbo. Fifth gear will provide about 25-26 psi of boost when the torque converter clutch is engaged
